WILD CHAIRY: CHAIR REHAB

 Photos courtesy of Andrea Mihalik
Transformation inspires artist Andrea Mihalik. The Philadelphia-based creative behind Wild Chairy finds antique chairs with good bones, and then refurbishes and rebuilds them. Covering them in wild, bold and impactful prints, she is extending the life of each piece, and her practice is truly green. I met Andrea at The Architectural Digest Home Show, where here second life salvations were on display. A bit funky meets quirky and whimsical, the pieces she rehabilitates find their way into good homes. Visit her website to see what she happens to have at the moment.
