Jeffrey Alan Marks
Having lived in Paris and Milan for many years, where he worked as a model and then in design, his work also draws cues from Italian and French methods. Jeffrey Alan Marks studied design at the prestigious Inchbald School of Design in England.
Jeffrey's colorful, laid back design style translates to the atmosphere at his firm, JAM Inc., which he started 15 years ago. From his offices housed in an old red brick warehouse in Santa Monica, the firm designs and develops luxury homes in America and the United Kingdom and develops commercial projects including restaurants and retail stores. Jeffrey's devoted client base is vast and includes luminaries from various industries around the world. Commercial projects include Tavern, the famed Suzanne Goin restaurant in Brentwood, and The Hungry Cat in Santa Monica.
Being viewed among the key players in the Los Angeles Design Community, Jeffrey is included in the Designers Circle in the San Francisco Antique Show and on the host Committee of the Los Angeles Antiques Show. He is included in House Beautiful's Top 100 designer list and featured in major magazines including Elle Décor, German Architectural Digest, and the British In Style Home. His line of custom furniture is sold through A Rudin Showrooms across America and a new custom lighting line is in the works, along with a coffee table book slated for release in early 2012.
Anthony Baratta
Anthony Baratta began his interior design career with William Diamond thirty years ago after graduating from Fordham University with a degree in Art History. The two have combined their talents to create their own design language which is a balance between patterns, color, history, luxury, and ultimately what is modern.
Baratta’s work has been seen in such magazines as House Beautiful, Elle Décor, Traditional Home, and Veranda. Anthony’s own homes have appeared in the New York Times Magazine on three separate occasions and have made the cover of both Architectural Digest and World of Interiors. Diamond Baratta has also been recognized over 40 times on the cover of such magazines worldwide: Architectural Digest, House and Garden, and The World of Interiors. In 2003, Diamond and Baratta were featured in New York’s Cooper-Hewitt “National Design Triennial: Inside Design Now”.
Additionally, Diamond & Baratta have created three fabric collections with Lee Jofa and four collections with Stark Carpet. Anthony is especially proud of their two released books, “Diamond Baratta Design”, with Bullfinch Press and “All-American” with Pointed Leaf Press.
Last year, Diamond and Baratta were named as one of twenty design icons in Traditional Home. They were also the first interior design team to receive Benjamin Moore’s coveted Lifetime Achievement Award.
Nathan Turner
A fourth-generation Californian, Nathan Turner grew up in San Francisco bay area, surrounded by a large extended family. Deeply rooted in California heritage, He spent many weekends at the family ranch in Northern California, where they would ride horses, raise cattle and cook scrumptious meals. Indeed, home is where Nathan’s taste for adventure was born, and something he expresses through his travels and eclectic lifestyle.
Nathan attended St. Mary’s College of California where he graduated with a degree in business. He then lived abroad in France and Italy, where he studied the area’s language, art history, and honed his culinary skills.
Upon moving to Los Angeles, Nathan successfully merged his greatest passions - design, travel and food - into his eponymous shop. Located on North Almont Drive in Los Angeles, Nathan’s store has become an expression of his years traveling, a faithful source for the country’s leading interior designers, as well as some of the most stylish individuals from coast to coast. An avid cook, Nathan equipped his store with a full kitchen so that he could host intimate dinners and parties on site.
Nathan’s parties, products, and designs have been featured in major national and regional publications including Domino, Vogue Living, Elle Decor, House Beautiful, Food & Wine, and C Magazine.
In 2008 Nathan launched the Nathan Turner for Elite Leather collection of upholstered furniture.
Currently, Nathan stars on Bravo’s “Million Dollar Decorators”.

Susanna Salk
Susanna Salk grew up in Essex, Massachusetts and got her B.A. in English at Vassar College and then moved to Manhattan where she helped launch Elle Decor as Interior Design Manager. She later became a Contributing Editor.
In 2003, she joined House and Garden Magazine, where she was, until its closing, Special Projects Editor.
Today, Salk appears regularly on NBC's "Today Show" to discuss design style for the home. She is also a Contributing Editor to 1stdibs.com, and ivillage.com.
Salk is the author of Assouline's "A Privileged Life, Celebrating WASP Style," as well as "Weekend Retreats" and "Room for Children: Stylish Spaces for Sleep and Play," (both by Rizzoli.) Her next book—out in 2011— will celebrate a compilation of international interiors shot by renowned photographer Oberto Gili.
She has just begun writing "Be Your Own Decorator and Be Inspired By the Greats," to be published by Rizzoli in 2012.
Salk lives in Connecticut with her husband and two boys.
